HK, Taiwan and mainland photographers start trip to Tibet

A group of photographers from mainland China, Kong Kong and Taiwan on June 25 arrived in Lhasa, capital city of Tibet, to start a 10-day trip.

The trip aims at depicting the natural beauty, traditional culture and modernization construction in Tibet through the lens.

As planned, photographers will first arrive at the base camp of the Mt. Qomolangma with an elevation of 5,200 meters above the sea level to overlook the world's highest peak before visiting other scenic sports including the Potala Palace, the world's highest ancient architecture cluster, Namtso Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, Jokhang Temple, Samye Monastery, etc.

The activity is held by the Chinese Culture Promotion Association and the China Review News Agency.
